ENTERPRISE COMMUNICATIONS

Every Business Conversation Starts Somewhere

Novatelia helps organizations connect messaging, verification, application email and business communication systems with the software they already use.

Our published communications portfolio includes WhatsApp Business Platform integration, SMS and one-time-password delivery, transactional email, and unified communications for voice, video and meeting environments.

Integrations are defined around the customer's approved provider accounts, technical requirements, operational workflows and applicable messaging rules.

  1. MessageA conversation or notification the recipient is allowed to receive.
  2. NotificationAn application event sent through an approved channel.
  3. ConversationA reply path, only where the provider and the workflow support it.

OUR COMMUNICATION CAPABILITIES

Four Channels. Different Communication Requirements.

Meeting room used to illustrate business communication, not a Meta partnership

WhatsApp Business Platform

Business messaging integrations connecting approved WhatsApp Business Platform access with customer-support, notification and application workflows. Novatelia does not publish a Meta partnership, a BSP status, or a message price.

COMMUNICATIONS ARCHITECTURE

How Business Messages Travel Between Systems

Application-generated communications generally move through defined provider interfaces, delivery systems and recipient channels. Each integration requires specific authentication, event handling and operational controls.

ApplicationAuthorized integrationPlatform accessRecipient

WhatsApp communication

A business application calls an authorized integration, which uses contracted WhatsApp Business Platform access to reach a recipient. Return events can update a workflow. A webhook does not prove the recipient read the message. Templates, consent and provider rules still apply. Novatelia does not itself supply a Meta messaging account.

SMS and OTP

An application issues a short-lived code, an SMS provider attempts delivery, and a separate verification step accepts, rejects or expires the code. A delivery report is not proof of identity. SMS is not claimed to be phishing-resistant.

Transactional email

An application event is handed to an email service and then to the recipient mail server. Accepted, deferred, bounced and complaint states are different. SMTP acceptance is not guaranteed inbox delivery. SPF, DKIM and DMARC identify authorized sending infrastructure for a domain the customer owns.

Unified communications

Users, softphones and desk phones reach a UC platform or PBX, then an authorized SIP provider or telephony network where that service is available. Conferencing and meeting-room devices are related, not automatic.

Conceptual integration architecture. Actual providers, account configuration, message states, routing and compliance requirements depend on the approved deployment scope.

BUSINESS MESSAGING

Connect WhatsApp Messaging to Business Workflows

WhatsApp Business Platform integrations can connect eligible business conversations and notification workflows with approved applications and provider accounts. Implementation may include account configuration, approved message templates, webhook handling and application-specific access controls. This page does not show a real customer chat or a verified-business badge, and it does not promise template approval.

TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGING

Verification and Time-Sensitive SMS Workflows

SMS and one-time-password integrations support selected application events and authentication workflows. Reliable implementation requires attention to message expiry, provider availability, rate limiting, delivery reporting and abuse controls.

  1. 01 Request

The application asks for a code.

  2. 02 Delivery attempt

The provider reports a delivery attempt. That is not authentication.

  3. 03 Verification

A separate check accepts, rejects or expires the code.

APPLICATION EMAIL

Application Emails That Support Business Processes

Use cases include account notifications, order status, service updates, password reset messages, approved workflow notifications and relevant system alerts. Sender-domain configuration, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce handling and template governance belong to this design. Transactional email concerns messages sent by applications. Staff mailbox hosting belongs to the separate Business Email solution. No deliverability percentage is published.

VOICE, VIDEO & MEETING ENVIRONMENTS

Connected Business Voice and Collaboration

SIP telephony, IP phones, call routing, UC platforms, video conferencing, meeting-room systems and the network conditions those services depend on are scoped to the customer's requirement. Provider availability depends on the service and jurisdiction. No voice-service certification is claimed.

COMMUNICATIONS THAT FIT YOUR SOFTWARE

Connect Communication Events to Existing Business Systems

A commerce platform may generate order notifications through an authorized messaging or email provider. A customer-support application may receive inbound conversation events and associate them with an existing support record. These are relationships to assess, not ready-made integrations.

PRACTICAL BUSINESS SCENARIOS

Communications That Support Real Business Events

Order and procurement notifications

An application may send relevant order or procurement updates through an approved channel. This is a conceptual use case, not a delivered client project.

Account verification

Applications may use selected verification services for sign-in or transaction-related workflows.

Customer support

Inbound and outbound messages may connect to a support process where the provider API and the workflow allow it.

Operational alerts

Authorized systems may trigger notifications from predefined events and escalation rules.

COMMUNICATION GOVERNANCE

Communication Systems Require Trust and Control

Consent, provider messaging rules, API credential protection, webhook signature checks where supported, data minimization, retention, rate limits, template governance and failure monitoring are part of a responsible design. This page does not claim automatic compliance with Oman or GCC regulations, and it does not promise perfect delivery.
