Novatelia’s AI software work is assistants, search, and document workflows for an enterprise that already owns the knowledge. Retrieval augments an approved model with the customer’s documents. Agents follow a written task and stop for a person where the design says so. This is separate from AI infrastructure, which is the network fabric in front of a compute cluster. Novatelia does not publish a proprietary foundation model.

Definition

An enterprise assistant answers from sources the customer allows. Document intelligence extracts fields from files the customer supplies. An agent takes a bounded action through an API. A gateway controls which model is called. None of these is a claim that Novatelia trained a foundation model.

Questions

Do you have your own foundation model?

No. Assistants use a model the customer is allowed to call. Novatelia does not publish a proprietary foundation model.

Is this the same as AI infrastructure?

No. AI infrastructure is the fabric and interconnect for compute clusters. This page is the software that answers questions or moves a workflow.

Can an agent act without a person?

Only inside the actions the design allows. Steps that change money, access, or a customer message wait for confirmation.

Describe the system

An RFQ saves a browser draft. It does not publish a price, a timeline, or a quotation reference.
