Microsoft 365RECURRING ADMINISTRATION
Recurring administration
Managed IT at Novatelia is recurring administration of systems explicitly named in an agreement for organizations in Oman and the GCC.
A one-time project ends when the named change is accepted. Annual support assists the named systems during the contractual hours. Managed administration carries out the recurring tasks and records the changes. Scheduled monitoring is a scheduled check and a written report.
Systems, tasks, hours and reporting depend on the agreed scope.
Hardware replacement windows stay on the maintenance agreement. Security-platform administration stays on the managed-security service. This page does not add a security operations center, and it does not publish a staffed 24/7 watch.

Each agreement names one of these forms. They are not interchangeable, and none of them is a round-the-clock watch. No plan price is published.
01
A named installation or change that ends when the work is accepted.
02
Assistance for the systems named in a yearly agreement, during the hours that agreement writes.
03
Novatelia performs the recurring tasks listed for those systems and records what changed.
04
A scheduled check and a report. It is not a staffed watch and it is not a security operations center. It is not automatically 24/7.
Illustrative service scope — actual administration is defined by the agreement.
01
Managed endpoints are the computers and mobile devices named in the asset schedule.
02
Managed network covers the switches, wireless, and links the agreement names. Deep routing faults escalate to Network Technical Support.
03
Managed firewall is policy and health administration of the firewall the customer owns. This is not a security operations center.
04
Users, mail, and the tenant settings the agreement authorizes. No official partner designation is implied.
05
Users and the Workspace settings the customer’s account allows. No reseller status is implied.
06
Approved maintenance windows for the named devices. The vulnerability program remains a separate cybersecurity service.
07
Verification that the specified backup jobs ran, and that a scheduled restore test happened when it was included.
08
Joiners, movers, and leavers handled upon approval by the customer’s authorized representative.
09
A contractual inventory of the in-scope devices and accounts, updated when the agreement says so.
10
Assistance during the support hours the agreement writes. Hours are not invented on this page.
11
Written reports of the agreed tasks and checks. This is not a live monitoring scoreboard.
Endpoint scope is the named computers and mobile devices. User administration follows an approved request from the customer’s named approver for joiners, movers, and leavers. Asset visibility is the contractual inventory. Changes are recorded when the agreement requires a record. This section does not show a customer directory.

Managed network is the switches, wireless, and links named in the agreement. Deep routing faults escalate to Network Technical Support. Managed firewall is policy and health of the customer-owned firewall. It is not SOC monitoring and it is not continuous incident response. Security-platform administration belongs to Managed Security.
User and mail administration, and authorized tenant settings. No Microsoft partner credential is claimed.
Microsoft 365Account and user administration, and settings the customer’s Workspace account permits. No Google reseller designation is claimed.
Google WorkspacePatch scheduling uses approved maintenance windows for named devices. Backup administration checks specified job execution and scheduled restore tests when those tests are included. Reporting records completed tasks and exceptions. Patch-compliance percentages, backup-success metrics, recovery guarantees, RPO or RTO commitments, and vulnerability scanning are not part of this page.
Illustrative report structure — not an actual customer report.
The service is for organizations in Oman and the GCC. This page does not claim an office in every GCC state, a guaranteed on-site response time, 24/7 coverage, an approved partnership, or a customer-specific installation.

Only the systems and tasks the agreement names. Endpoints, network, firewall, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, patching, backup checks, users, assets, remote assistance, and a report can each be in or out of scope.
