Can you supply a thermowell with the sensor?

Yes. We quote the thermowell, sensor, head and optional transmitter as one assembly, and can request a wake-frequency calculation when you provide the process conditions.

Do you provide calibration certificates?

Manufacturer calibration or test certificates can be requested per line. Where an accredited certificate is needed, we state that requirement in the quotation.

Pressure and temperature gauges

We source and supply gauges from brands commonly specified in GCC projects, including WIKA and Ashcroft. Typical requests are for Bourdon tube, diaphragm and differential pressure gauges in 100 or 150 mm stainless steel cases, liquid-filled against vibration, with safety-pattern construction to EN 837 or ASME B40.100. Bimetal and gas-actuated temperature gauges follow EN 13190 or ASME B40.200, and diaphragm seals can be fitted for corrosive or viscous media.

Thermowells, RTDs and thermocouples

For electrical measurement we quote Pt100 resistance thermometers to IEC 60751, Class A or B, and type K, J or N thermocouples to IEC 60584, including mineral-insulated assemblies with heads and transmitters. Thermowells can be bar-stock or flanged to ASME B16.5, and we can ask the manufacturer for a wake-frequency calculation to ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016 when the process data is supplied. Materials such as 316 stainless steel or Inconel are selected for the service, with NACE compliance where required.

Choosing the right gauge

Range selection matters: normal operating pressure is best kept in the middle third of the dial, and pulsating or vibrating service usually calls for liquid filling, a snubber or a needle valve. For temperature points, share the insertion length, process connection and flange rating so the thermowell and sensor can be matched in one line item.
