Operational systems
Novatelia builds operational systems around the process a ministry, company, or school already runs: procurement, inventory, people operations, customer or supplier portals, and the admin tools those processes need. This is not a proprietary packaged ERP. Where an existing ERP or CRM stays in place, the new system integrates with it. The boundary is written before build starts.
Definition
An enterprise application here is custom software for an internal or partner-facing operation. It can sit beside an ERP. It does not replace one by default, and Novatelia does not publish an ERP product of its own.

Questions
Do you sell a Novatelia ERP?
No. Operational systems are designed for the process in the engagement. An existing ERP can remain the system of record.
Can this include CRM or HR?
Yes, when those processes are in the specification. The page does not imply a licensed CRM or HR product is included.
