Category 6A describes a component class. Class EA describes channel or permanent-link performance after compatible components are installed and tested. A reel of Cat6A cable does not by itself certify a 10GBASE-T channel. A 500 m reel is an ordering length, not a permitted Ethernet channel length. The source suffix OD is not read as outdoor-rated unless the datasheet says so.
