Impulse lines, sample systems and chemical injection all rely on leak-tight small-bore connections. We supply instrument tubing, fittings, valves and manifolds for hook-ups on new projects and for the maintenance teams that keep them tight.
Tubing and fittings
Seamless 316/316L stainless steel tubing to ASTM A269 or A213 is available in fractional sizes from ¼ inch to ½ inch and metric sizes from 6 to 12 mm. Twin-ferrule compression fittings, unions, tees, adaptors and pipe-thread connectors complete the hook-up, and we keep tube and fitting materials consistent so each connection performs as designed. Hook-up work is normally carried out to ASME B31.3, and NACE MR0175 materials are available for sour service.
Needle valves and manifolds
We quote needle valves, ball valves, check valves and block-and-bleed valves, together with two-, three- and five-valve manifolds for pressure and differential pressure transmitters. Typical ratings reach 6,000 psi in 316 stainless steel, in direct-mount or remote-mount configurations.
Supplying complete hook-ups
On larger jobs, we can work from hook-up drawings and quantify tubing, fittings, valves and supports for each typical arrangement. Grouping the materials by hook-up type reduces shortages during installation and helps contractors control surplus. Tell us whether you need fractional or metric sizes, and whether any lines require sour-service materials. Tube benders, cutters and gap inspection gauges can be included for the installation crew.

- Can I mix fittings from different manufacturers?
- Most manufacturers advise against mixing ferrules, nuts and bodies from different brands. We quote complete fittings from one manufacturer per connection unless your specification states otherwise.
- Which tubing sizes do you supply?
- Common sizes are ¼, ⅜ and ½ inch and 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm, in seamless 316/316L stainless steel with a wall thickness chosen for the design pressure.
- Do you supply manifolds for DP transmitters?
- Yes. Three- and five-valve manifolds for differential pressure transmitters, and two-valve manifolds for gauge pressure, can be quoted with or without the transmitter.
