The customer’s account
Amazon Web Services work at Novatelia is a design inside the account the customer owns. Identity, network, and the workloads named in the requirement are the scope, for organizations in Oman and the GCC. Novatelia does not publish an AWS partner title and does not price AWS services on this page. The account owner remains the customer. Recovery time is not stated here; backup is a separate design.
Definition
An AWS account is the boundary for identity and cost. Novatelia works in that account under access the customer grants, then returns administration with notes the customer’s team can follow.
Design scope
- Account structure the customer will own
- Identity and access for the administrators named in the design
- Network layout for the applications in scope
- Compute and storage only for those applications
- Handover of the names, access paths, and operating notes

- No published hourly or monthly price
- No assumption that every workload belongs in the cloud

Is Novatelia an AWS partner?
No AWS partner title is published. The account stays with the customer.
Will you move every server to AWS?
No. Only the workloads named in the design are placed there. Others can stay where they are.
