Sites and portals
Novatelia builds corporate, enterprise, and B2B websites for organizations in Oman and the GCC, including multilingual sites and customer or vendor portals. The work includes the content system, performance, accessibility, search, and the integrations the organization actually uses. A site is specified and maintained as a system. It is not sold as a disposable template.
Definition
Enterprise web development is the design and delivery of a public or authenticated website whose content, languages, and connections to other systems are documented. It is distinct from a custom operational application, which is covered on the web applications page.

A composition of a portal layout. It is not a customer system and it shows no metrics.
Sites in scope
- Corporate and enterprise websites
- B2B websites with a named audience and a clear next step
- Multilingual websites, including Arabic, when a reviewed translation exists
- Customer portals and vendor portals
- A content system the owner can update without a redesign
Engineering choices
React is the usual interface toolkit. Next.js is used when the project needs server-rendered pages. The choice is written in the design. It is not assumed for every site.
- Performance budgets for the templates that carry search traffic
- Accessibility in the page structure, not as an afterthought label
- Search titles, descriptions, and canonicals per intent
- Answer-ready headings and visible explanations for the questions buyers ask
- Analytics only for events the owner has agreed to measure
Integration and maintenance
- Forms and portals connected to the systems named in the design
- A maintenance window for content, dependencies, and defects
- No claim of a round-the-clock publishing desk unless a contract defines one
Questions
Is this a low-cost template service?
No. The page describes specified websites and portals for enterprise and public-sector requirements. A template can be a starting point only when the design says so.
Will every site use Next.js?
No. Next.js and React are used when server-rendered pages or a React interface are the right fit. The stack is chosen in the design.
Do you publish a website price on this page?
No. Scope, languages, and integrations are quoted after the requirement is known.
