Application mail
Transactional email at Novatelia is mail an application sends because a person acted or a system changed state. Delivery uses SMTP or a provider API the customer contracts, including webhooks when that provider offers them. One-time passwords and application notices are the usual messages. This is separate from a staff mailbox on the business-email page. No delivery percentage and no price per message are published.
Definition
A staff mailbox is where a person reads and replies. Transactional email is a message generated by an application. Both can use the same domain, and the domain’s SPF, DKIM, and DMARC design stays with the business-email page.

Questions
What is transactional email?
Transactional email is a message an application sends because an event occurred, such as a receipt, a password reset, or a status change. It is not a staff mailbox and it is not a newsletter. Delivery uses SMTP or an API.
Is this the same as business email?
No. Business email is the mailbox on the organization’s domain. This page is the mail an application sends. Domain authentication for both is designed on the business-email page.
