Calibration and metrology equipment verifies that the gauges, test sets and sensors used in aircraft maintenance read correctly against traceable standards. US repair stations, for example, must keep test and inspection equipment calibrated to a standard acceptable to the FAA under 14 CFR 145.109 [1]. Novatelia sources selected calibrators by RFQ for MRO quality departments and calibration labs in Oman and qualified GCC projects.
