Robotics Pilot & Short-Term Rental Program

PILOT & RENTAL PROGRAM

A short pilot lets you test a robot in your own building, with your own staff and workflows, before committing to a larger order. We coordinate trial units, rental terms and on-site support with technical partners, subject to availability.

Start With the Application

A good pilot has a clear question to answer: does the robot fit the site, how do people use it, and what results can be measured in a few weeks.

What a Pilot Can Prove

  • 01

    Site fit

Whether the robot navigates your floors, lifts, doors and network reliably.

  • 02

    Workflow fit

How staff, guests or operators interact with the robot during real shifts.

  • 03

    Measured results

Tasks completed, area covered, time saved or throughput, recorded against agreed measures.

  • 04

    Business case

Evidence to support a purchase, a larger fleet or a different robot category.

Robot Categories Suitable for a Pilot

Categories describe what we can help source. Specific models, configurations and terms are confirmed per request.

  • 01

    Cleaning robots

Floor cleaning trials in lobbies, corridors, malls and terminals.

  • 02

    Delivery and reception robots

Short trials in hotels, hospitals and offices.

  • 03

    AMRs

A small number of robots on one defined route in a warehouse or factory.

  • 04

    Cobots

A proof-of-concept cell for one task, such as machine tending or packing.

How a Pilot Is Set Up

  • Agree the objective and success measures
  • Confirm the robot category and unit availability
  • Site survey, mapping and safety review with the technical partner
  • Agree duration, rental terms and support contacts
  • Run the pilot and record the results
  • Review the results and decide the next step

How We Work

01

Define the application

Share the site, the task and the outcome you need. We clarify the requirement, constraints and success measures.

Have a Robotics or Automation Requirement?

Share the country, the application, the quantity and your timeline. We review it, coordinate with technical partners and reply with suitable options.

Pilot & Rental Program — Questions and Answers

01

How long does a pilot last?

Pilots are short and agreed per project, typically a few weeks. The duration depends on the robot category and what the pilot needs to prove.

02

Is a rental always available?

Trial and rental units depend on partner availability for each robot category and country. We confirm availability and terms in writing before the pilot starts.

03

What happens after the pilot?

We review the results with you and, if the robot fits, prepare a quotation for purchase or a longer rental. There is no obligation to continue.
