      Your satisfaction is important to us. Novatelia provides a transparent and fair return process for eligible products and project-based deliveries.

      General Return Conditions

      • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
      • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
      • A valid invoice or purchase order number must be provided
      • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed

      Non-Returnable Items

      • Customized or special-order products
      • Items showing physical damage or misuse
      • Opened software or firmware-based devices with activated licenses
      • Perishable or time-sensitive consumables (e.g. alcohol wipes, cleaning kits)

      Warranty Coverage

      Products sold by Novatelia come with manufacturer or distributor warranty, typically ranging from 6 to 24 months, depending on the item category.

      Warranty covers:

      • Factory defects
      • Hardware malfunction under normal use
      • Manufacturing-related performance issues

      Warranty does not cover:

      • Damage due to mishandling or incorrect installation
      • Wear and tear from extensive use
      • Electrical surge or environmental exposure

      How to Request a Return or Claim Warranty

        Await RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval.

        Ship the item to our Oman or Dubai facility, as advised.

        Refunds or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

      Refund & Replacement Options

      Full refund

      For eligible unused items returned in full.

      Partial refund

      When items are returned with minor non-critical issues.

      Replacement

      If the item qualifies under warranty or is faulty on arrival.

      Important Notes

      • No return will be accepted without RMA approval.
      • Products returned without original packaging may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.
      • For international customers, customs duties paid are non-refundable.
