- Novatelia reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- All product information, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
- While we strive for accuracy, Novatelia does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- Novatelia reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
3. Orders & Payments
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Novatelia reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.
- Payment must be completed before order processing begins, unless approved credit terms have been arranged.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit cards, and approved corporate payment terms.
- Order confirmations are sent via email. Please verify all details upon receipt.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed delivery information.
- Risk and responsibility for products transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse.
- Novatelia is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping insurance is available and recommended for high-value orders.
5. Returns & Warranty
- Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. OEM-compatible SFP modules carry a lifetime warranty.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and product details.
- Novatelia may offer repair, replacement, or refund at its discretion for warranted products.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Novatelia's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
- Novatelia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We are not responsible for compatibility issues arising from third-party hardware or software configurations not verified through our platform.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Novatelia platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Novatelia or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
- Product names and brands mentioned on our platform are trademarks of their respective owners.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman.
