• •Novatelia reserves the right to revise prices due to market or supplier fluctuations.

All content, logos, software, and technology remain the exclusive property of Novatelia. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

• •Products are covered by respective manufacturer warranties.
• •Novatelia disclaims responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.
• •Custom-developed software and AI systems are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated in writing.

All project data, customer information, and non-public specifications are confidential and protected by NDA terms. Breach of confidentiality may lead to legal action.

Novatelia complies with international trade regulations, including ITAR/EAR. Customers are responsible for ensuring lawful use or export of regulated products.

Novatelia may terminate service for breach of contract, non-payment, or misuse of products/services. Outstanding balances remain payable.

Any dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Sultanate of Oman, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arbitration may be pursued for international clients.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of any updates.
